TRADING HALT

The securities of Elementos Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 1 August 2013, or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT: ELEMENTOS LIMITED (ELT)

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) requests a trading halt in its securities pending the release of an announcement (“Announcement”) regarding the agreement of an amended Merger Implementation Deed (“MID”) with Rockwell Minerals Ltd, and a capital raising.

Elementos requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of 10am AEST on Thursday 1 August 2013 or Elementos releasing the Announcement.

The terms and conditions of the MID are expected to be finalised and the document executed during the operation of the trading halt requested.

Elementos is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
