S708A CLEANSING STATEMENT

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) has today issued 22,863,170 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the private placements announced on 31 July and 1 August 2013.

The Company gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“Act”) that:

1. The abovementioned shares are being issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

2. As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act and section 674 of the Act, as they apply to the Company; and

3. As at the date of this notice, the Company confirms there is no “excluded information” as referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
