ASX ANNOUNCEMENTS AUSTRALIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
CONFIRMATION OF IN SPECIE DISTRIBUTION OF SHARES
Orocobre Limited (ASX: ORE) advises that it has completed the in specie distribution of 20,000,001 shares held in ASX listed Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) to eligible shareholders. The distribution was one Elementos share for every 4.0408888 Orocobre shares held at the record date. Holding statements are being mailed to shareholders.
The distribution was approved at a General Meeting of Orocobre shareholders held on 23 March 2009.
