TRADING HALT

The securities of Elementos Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in pre-open at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 29 December 2010 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT : ELEMENTOS LIMITED (ELT)

Elementos requests the suspension of trading in its securities pending the release of an announcement ( Announcement ) regarding a capital raising.

Elementos requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of 10 am AEDT on Wednesday 29 December 2010 or Elementos releasing the Announcement.

Elementos is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
