Company Secretary Appointment
Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Duncan Cornish as Company Secretary, replacing Linda Scott and Paul Crawford.
Duncan is an accomplished, highly regarded corporate administrator and manager, with many years’ experience in pivotal management roles including capital raisings and stock exchange listings for companies on the Australian, Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchanges. Duncan has significant experience and expertise in financial reporting, regulatory, corporate governance, and business acquisition and disposal due diligence. Duncan has previously worked with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers both in Australia and the UK.
The Board extends its appreciation to Linda Scott and Paul Crawford for their past services as Company Secretary.
