Director Resignation

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) announces that Mr Richard Seville has resigned from the Board of Elementos effective immediately due to the demands of his role as CEO and Managing Director of Orocobre Limited.

The Board extends its appreciation to Richard for his efforts since joining the Company after the completion of the merger with Rockwell Minerals Limited in 2013.
