Director Appointment

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr Christopher Dunks as a Non-Executive Director.

Christopher is currently the Managing Director of Synergen Met Pty Ltd, a Brisbanebased company that is commercialising novel minerals processing technology.

Christopher was a Founder and Managing Director of Rockwell Minerals Pty Ltd, the company that merged with Elementos in 2013, and negotiated the original deal to purchase the Cleveland Project. Christopher’s experience over the last 20 years has been dominated by working on major minerals processing, refining and power projects both in Australia and the USA. Christopher’s experience has been in mechanical design, construction management and supervision, project controls, project management, contract negotiation, business development and new technology commercialisation. He has worked extensively with Bechtel, Worley Parsons, SNC Lavalin and Jacobs (Aker Kvaerner).

Christopher has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Queensland.
