EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT CHANGE

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) advises that Corey Nolan’s role with the Company has changed from an Executive Director to a NonExecutive Director.

Mr Nolan will continue to support the Managing Director on the monetisation of Elementos’ South American assets. A number of companies have recently undertaken site visits and expressed interest in either acquiring or forming a joint venture on the properties.

The change reflects the completion and integration of the Cleveland tin and tungsten project into Elementos following the merger with Rockwell Minerals Limited in 2013.

The Company is actively working towards the completion of the Cleveland tincopper Pre-Feasibility Study. The company’s focus is to move towards development and production, and away from exploration and business development.

The change provides the Company with additional resources to build a strong inhouse technical capability required to advance the Cleveland project towards development.

Mr Nolan’s continuation as a Non-Executive Director improves the Company’s corporate governance practices by having a majority of Non-Executive Directors on the board whilst at the same time retaining the benefit of Mr Nolan’s familiarity with the companies activities and its shareholders.
