RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MARK MCCAULEY

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) advises the resignation of Non-Executive Director Mark McCauley effective today. Mr McCauley’s resignation is in anticipation of the pending board changes agreed as part of the merger with Rockwell Minerals Limited, which is due for completion in October 2013.

Chairman of Elementos, Mr A. Anthony McLellan stated that he has worked closely with Mr McCauley for many years in several companies and has the highest regard for him. “On behalf of all the shareholders of Elementos, I would like to thank Mr McCauley for his outstanding contribution to the Company as a director and colleague,” said Mr McLellan.
