BOARD CHANGES FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF MERGER

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce a number of Board changes following the completion of the merger with Rockwell Minerals Limited (“Rockwell”). Messrs Calvin Treacy and Richard Seville have been appointed Directors of the Company.

Mr Treacy, Chairman of Rockwell, is an experienced manager and director with over 10 years’ experience in the mining industry with a strong track record of founding and growing companies. His prior roles have included COO and CEO positions, Director of AMIRA International and he is currently a Director of several unlisted companies.

Mr Seville is a mining geologist and geotechnical engineer with 30 years’ experience in exploration, mine development and mine operations. He also has significant corporate experience, in the roles of CEO and Operations Director in ASX/AIM listed mining companies. He is presently a non-executive director of ASX and AIM listed Leyshon Resources Limited and the managing director of ASX and TSX listed Orocobre Ltd.

In addition, Chairman Mr A. Anthony McLellan and non-executive director Mr James Calaway have resigned from the board of Elementos Limited.

Mr McLellan has been a director and non-executive Chairman of the Company since October 2009. Over that period he has been instrumental in establishing the Company on a firm footing and providing strategic direction. The board wishes Mr McLellan well in his future endeavours.

Mr James Calaway has been a non-executive director of the Company since January 2011. Mr Calaway has contributed greatly with both his strategic input and financial support. The board also wishes Mr Calaway well in his future activities.
