2024 Annual General Meeting
Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) hereby advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its 2024 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 10:30am (Brisbane time) on Wednesday, 27 November 2024.
All director nominations, together with a consent to act, for election at the 2024 AGM must be lodged no later than 5.00pm (Brisbane time) on Tuesday, 16 October 2024 at the Company’s registered o ffi ce, Level 7, 167 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
The Notice of AGM will be dispatched shortly.
Elementos’ Board has authorised the release of this announcement to the market.
