2022 Annual General Meeting
Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) advises that its 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:30am (Brisbane time) on or after Tuesday 15 November 2022.
All director nominations, together with a consent to act, for election at the 2022 Annual General Meeting must be lodged no later than 5.00pm (Brisbane time) on Friday 30 September 2022 at the Company’s registered o ffi ce, Level 7, 167 Eagle Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000.
Elementos’ Board has authorised the release of this announcement to the market.
