2021 Annual General Meeting.
Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) advises that its 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:30am (Brisbane time) on or after Tuesday 23 November 2021.
All director nominations, together with a consent to act, for election at the 2021 Annual General Meeting must be lodged no later than 5.00pm (Brisbane time) on Tuesday 12 October 2021 at the Company’s registered office, Level 7, 167 Eagle Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000.
Elementos’ Board has authorised the release of this announcement to the market.
