2020 Annual General Meeting.
Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) advises that its 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:30am (Brisbane time) on Monday 16 November 2020.
All director nominations, together with a consent to act, for election at the 2020 Annual General Meeting must be lodged no later than 5.00pm (Brisbane time) on Wednesday 14 October 2020 at the Company’s registered office, Level 6, 10 Market Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000.
Elementos’ Board has authorised the release of this announcement to the market.
