Elementis plc (the "Company"), the FTSE 250-listed global specialty chemicals company, announces that Laura Higgins stepped down as Group Company Secretary with effect from 30 April 2022. Anna Lawrence, Group General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, will take on the additional role as Group Company Secretary, effective 1 May 2022.
