Elementis plc (the ‘Company’) - Directorate Change

Further to the Company's announcement on 23 February 2017, the Company confirms that Andrew Christie has stepped down from the Board as a non-executive director and chairman of the Remuneration Committee following the conclusion of Annual General Meeting of the Company on 25 April 2017.

Steve Good will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee on 26 April 2017.
