Elementis plc (the “Company”) – Confirmation of Board Changes

Further to the announcement on 13 September 2016, the Company confirms that Ralph Hewins has taken up the role as Group CFO with immediate effect and Brian Taylorson has stepped down from that role as well as from the Board.
