Elementis plc (the “Company”): Confirmation of Board changes

Further to previous announcements, the Company confirms that Paul Waterman joined the Board today as Group Chief Executive. David Dutro has retired from that role and the Board effective today but is assisting the Board as Special Advisor to effect a smooth handover until the end of the month.

The statement required under Section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006 will be published on the Company’s website after the preliminary results for 2015 have been announced on 1 March 2016.
