On July 14, 2015, Michael V. Kennedy, Vice President of Tax of Platform Specialty Products Corporation (“Platform”) informed Platform of his intention to resign from Platform to pursue other business interests. Mr. Kennedy’s resignation is effective July 22, 2015.
