YANNERI RIDGE RESOURCE DRILL-OUT RESULTS

• Assay results received and compiled for the Yanneri Ridge maiden resource drill-out programme.

• Best results include: 10BB223 23m @ 11.39% Mn from 3m 10BB245 18m @ 11.25% Mn from 8m 10BB320 18m @ 12.18% Mn from 0m (incl. 3m @ 15.47% Mn)

• 10BB339 20m @ 13.37% Mn from 1m (incl. 8m @ 17.06% Mn)

• All assay and supporting data has been supplied to Snowden’s who are undertaking the maiden resource calculation for Yanneri Ridge.

The Company is pleased to advise that assays have now been received for the recently completed RC drillout of the Yanneri Ridge manganese deposit.

The data acquired from this drilling will be used to calculate a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for the deposit for which the Company has previously published an Exploration Target of between 40 and 50 million tonnes grading between 10% and 15% Mn** .

**It should be noted that the potential quantity and grade is conceptual in nature, that there has been insufficient exploration to define a Mineral Resource, and that it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the determination of a Mineral Resource.

Snowden’s have been appointed to undertake the resource calculation and all assay and supporting information including wireframes, density and QA/QC information have now been forward to them to commence the process.

The resulting resource model will be released to the market on sign off and will form the basis for a subsequent scoping study to investigate the commercial potential for development of the Yanneri Ridge manganese deposit, one of six deposits discovered within the Butcherbird Project to date.
