Element 25 Limited (ASX: E25) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Element 25 Limited (‘E25’) will be halted at the request of E25, pending the release of an announcement by E25.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 13 April 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

Request for Trading Halt – Element 25 Limited

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 Element 25 Limited (ASX: E25) ( Company ) hereby requests a trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) effective from the commencement of normal trading on 9 April 2026 in respect of its securities.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising to fund works to expand production at the Butcherbird Project, advance the Company’s planned manganese refining technology to produce high purity manganese sulphate monohydrate ( HPMSM ) and general working capital. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 13 April 2026 or until the release of an announcement in respect of the above matter.
