Element 25 Limited (ASX: E25) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Element 25 Limited (‘E25’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of E25, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 11 July 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt – Element 25 Limited

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 Element 25 Limited (ASX: E25) ( Company ) hereby requests a trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) effective from 7 July 2023 in respect of its securities.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising to fund initial works on the Company’s High Purity Manganese project.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 11 July 2023 or until the release of an announcement in respect of the above matter.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
