Element 25 Limited (ASX: E25) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Element 25 Limited (‘E25’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of E25, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 24 March 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt – Element 25 Limited

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 Element 25 Limited (ASX: E25) ( Company ) hereby requests a trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) effective from 22 March 2021 in respect of its securities.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising to accelerate work on the Company’s lithium-ion battery grade manganese sulphate flowsheet and to fund the proposed expansion of manganese concentrate production volumes from the Butcherbird Project as outlined in the Pre-Feasibility Study released in December 2020.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 24 March 2021 or until the release of an announcement in respect of the above matter.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
