Extension of Closing Date of Share Purchase Plan
Element 25 Limited ( E25 or Company ) wishes to advise the closing date for its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 8 May 2019 will be extended from Friday, 24 May 2019 to Wednesday, 29 May 2019.
The Company has received a number of enquiries from shareholders interested in participating in the SPP who have experienced delays in the receipt of their SPP Offer Documents. Accordingly, the Board has decided to extend the closing date to allow all Eligible Shareholders (defined below) to submit their applications.
Under the SPP, persons registered as E25 shareholders at 5.00pm (WST) on 7 May 2019 with an address in Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, China and New Zealand (Eligible Shareholders), are eligible to subscribe for up to $15,000 of new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company, at an issue price of 17.5 cents each, without incurring brokerage or other transaction costs.
Full details of the SPP are contained in an offer document which was dispatched to Eligible Shareholders on 10 May 2019.
The revised timetable for the SPP is set out below. The other terms of the SPP remain unchanged.
