Shortfall Placement Completed
As previously announced, Element 25 Limited ( E25 or Company ) closed the Company’s Share Purchase Plan (SPP) on Wednesday, 29 May 2019 raising $918,000.
The Company has now completed a placement to sophisticated investors (Placement), on the same terms as the SPP, raising a revised amount of $472,000. Allotment of the new shares under the Placement has occurred today. The Placement has been completed using the Company’s existing placement capacity under listing rule 7.1.
The SPP and Placement collectively raised a revised amount of $1.39m.
