PROPOSED ALLOTMENT OF OPTIONS TO MANAGING DIRECTOR

The di rectors propose t o i ssue 5 00,000 u nlisted options ( exercise price 35 c ents, ex piring 30 N ovember 201 5) to t he C ompany’s Managing D irector, M r J ustin B rown. This allocation i s s ubject to shareholder approval which w ill be s ought at t he Annual G eneral Meeting of the Company to be held in November 2010.

The directors acknowledge Mr Brown’s efforts in securing funding to aggressively advance exploration at the Company’s Projects with the view to add further shareholder value.
