Managing Director Appointment

Element 25 Limited (ASX: E25) (E25 or Company) is pleased to announce that Mr Justin Brown, currently an executive director of the Company, has been appointed Managing Director.

Mr Brown’s current employment agreement remains unchanged.

Chairman, Mr Seamus Cornelius, said “We are delighted that Justin has assumed the role of Managing Director again. His commitment and passion for the Butcherbird High Purity Manganese Deposit is greatly valued as we continue to progress through this exciting project.”

Managing Director Remuneration Package

Mr Brown will continue to be paid a base salary of $220,000 plus statutory superannuation.

Mr Brown and his associated entities hold 5,255,360 ordinary shares and 4,850,000 unlisted options in the Company.
