During June, 14,833 new B shares were issued in Elekta through the exercise of warrants distributed within the framework of the established option program.

The total number of shares in Elekta as of June 30, 2011 amounts to 94,254,502 divided between 3,562,500 A shares and 90,692,002 B shares.

One A share entitles the holder to ten votes and one B shares to one vote.
