Jos Lamers has been appointed Executive Vice President Brachytherapy Solutions and a member of Elekta's Executive Committee.

Jos Lamers has been appointed Executive Vice President, Elekta Brachytherapy Solutions. He joins Elekta through the acquisition of Nucletron, announced September 15, 2011. His role on Elekta's Executive Committee begins immediately. Jos Lamers has been Chief Executive Officer of Nucletron since 2008.

Jos Lamers is 48 years old and has a Masters degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Wageningen, the Netherlands. He is a highly-experienced international business executive, with a proven track record in life sciences and business-tobusiness fields.
