Contemplated offer to acquire shares in EMGS

Arctic Securities AS has been engaged by an investor

to explore the opportunity to buy up to 10 million

shares in EMGS at NOK 4.10 per share.

This corresponds to 5% of the shares based on 199 765

555 shares outstanding.

The offer will commence as of publication of this

notice. The offer will be open until 22.00 CET today

Wednesday 24 September 2014.

The investor reserves the right, at its own

discretion, to purchase more, fewer shares or no

shares at all.
