Kingdom, (the "Investment Manager") we hereby notify

pursuant to the Securities Trading Act Chapter 4,

Section 4-1 the following:

On 19 February 2014 the shares and rights to shares

in Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (the "Company")

attributable to the Investment Manager crossed above

the threshold of 5%. The threshold was crossed by

means of purchase of 322,927 shares.

As a consequence, the total shareholding deemed to be

held is 10,139,308 which represent 5.08% of the

shares outstanding and voting rights of the Company.
