INDUSTRIES INC. announces that its wholly-owned
subsidiary, Siem Investments Inc., has today acquired
12,521,946 shares of Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA
(OSE Symbol: EMGS), a publicly-traded Norwegian
company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Siem Investments' beneficial ownership in EMGS now
includes 22,226,866 shares of the issued and
outstanding shares and votes of EMGS, or 11.13%.
