EMGS - Mandatory notification of trades

Anette Mellbye, Chief Legal Counsel and primary insider in Electromagnetic

Geoservices  ASA (EMGS), has today used her allocated subscription rights to

subscribe for 138,834 new shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in EMGS at NOK

0.25 per share. At the same time, Mellbye has sold 24,914 shares at the average

price of NOK 0.25 per share.

After completion of the Rights Issue, Anette Mellbye will own 138,834 shares and

380,000 options in EMGS.

Hege Aase Veiseth, Group Controller and primary insider in Electromagnetic

Geoservices ASA (EMGS), has today used her allocated subscription rights to

subscribe for 55,665 new shares in the ongoing Rights issue in EMGS at NOK 0.25

per share. Prior to this transaction, Veiseth held 10,000 shares in EMGS.

After completion of the Right Issue, Hege Aasen Veiseth will own 65,665 shares

and 85,000 options in EMGS.
