EMGS - Mandatory notification of trade

Charlotte Knudsen, Head of Investor Relations, and primary insider in

Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS), has today purchased 75,000 subscription

rights in the ongoing Rights Issue in EMGS at NOK 0,01 per share.

If these subscription rights are exercised, Charlotte Knudsen will own 75,000

shares and 25,000 options in EMGS after completion of the Right issue.

This information is subject of the disclosure requirements pursuant to section
