EMGS - Notice from bondholders meeting in EMGS02

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Electromagnetic Geoservices

ASA (EMGS) on 5 November 2015 regarding the summons to the bondholders' meeting.

The Company's proposed changes to the bondholder agreement were approved by the

required majority of the bondholders in the Bondholder meeting today. The Bond

Agreement will therefore be changed as set out in the summons to the meeting.
