Conversion of shares

According to AB Electrolux articles of association, owners of Class A shares have the right to have such shares converted to Class B shares. In September, 2011, at the request of shareholders, 400 Class A shares were converted to Class B shares.

Conversion of shares reduces the total number of votes in the company. When such a conversion has occurred, the company is obligated by law to disclose it.

After the conversion, the total number of votes amounts to 38,373,483.

The total number of registered shares in the company amounts to 308,920,308 shares, of which 8,312,725 are Class A shares and 300,607,583 are Class B shares.
