Electrolux confirms discussions with Sigdo Koppers

After speculation in local media in Chile, Electrolux confirms that it is in discussions with Sigdo Koppers regarding a potential acquisition of the appliance manufacturer Compañia Tecno Industrial S.A (CTI), listed on the Santiago Stock Exchange in Chile, and its subsidiaries. Further information will follow if a final agreement is reached.
