COMPLETION OF MARSS ACQUISITION

Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited ("EOS" or the "Company") (ASX:EOS), is pleased to advise that the acquisition of the MARSS business ("MARSS") is now complete. This follows the announcement on 15 May 2026 ("MARSS Business and Transaction Update").

EOS CEO and Managing Director, Dr. Andreas Schwer said "We are pleased to have completed the MARSS acquisition – this is a significant addition to EOS' capability. In recent months, the MARSS NiDAR platform has been protecting critical assets in the Middle East from drone attacks. We welcome the MARSS team to EOS and look forward to working together to secure and execute the commercial opportunities that lie ahead."
