EOS and SpaceLink sign Authority To Proceed with OHB for satellite manufacturing contract

Canberra, 20 October 2021

Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited (ASX: EOS) and its wholly-owned US subsidiary, SpaceLink Corporation, are pleased to announce that they have concluded negotiations with OHB Systems AG in relation to a contract for the manufacture and delivery of the initial constellation (“Contract”) and have signed an "Authorization To Proceed" in accordance with its prior announcement of 13 October 2021[1] . An Authorization To Proceed is the legal basis for the commencement of the project, and the finalisation of the Contract. The total value of the Contract is more than USD 300 million and the material terms are as previously announced.
