ELECTRO OPTIC SYSTEMS HOLDINGS LIMITED
TRADING HALT
The securities of Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 21 September 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt - EOS
I hereby request a trading halt on the listed ordinary shares of EOS under ASX Listing Rule 17.1.
The reason for the trading halt is that the company expects to be able to make a significant announcement to the market before the commencement of trading on Wednesday 20 September 2017 in respect of a capital raising. The Company anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted once the announcement is made to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
