Ian Dennis to Retire from EOS Board of Directors

Canberra, 12 April 2021

Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited (“EOS” or “Company”) (ASX: EOS) wishes to announce the impending retirement of Non-Executive Director Ian Dennis from the EOS Board after more than 20 years’ service. EOS would like to thank Ian for his great contribution to the company and shareholders, and wish him well in his retirement and other future endeavours. Ian will formally step down from the Board at the EOS Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2021.

Ian Dennis BA, C.A. is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience as director and company secretary in various publicly listed and unlisted companies in Australia and overseas. He was appointed to the EOS Board on 8 May 2000 as an independent Non-Executive Director and has served as a member of both the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominations and Remuneration Committee. He has also served as Company Secretary of Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited.
