If the required quorum has not been met, a second meeting will be held after one hour of the scheduled time of the first meeting. The second meeting shall be valid regardless of the number of shares represented. |

E-Vote Shareholders who are registered in the Tadawulaty can remotely vote on the agenda of the OGM starting from 10:00 am Saturday 27/01/1443H corresponding to 04/09/2021 and will last till the end of the General Assembly Meeting.
