Re: The tenure of the 10th President of the State of Israel, Mr. Reuven (Ruby) Rivlin, as President of the Company

The Company is hereby honored to announce that on August 6, 2021 the 10th President of Israel, Mr. Reuven (Ruby) Rivlin, accepted the company's offer and agreed to join the Company as its president.¹ Mr. Rivlin's role will be, among other things, to promote the company's collaborations with governments and global companies as well as to expose the Company's activities to decision-makers around the world.

As part of its activity, the company collaborates with governments, municipalities and global companies to promote projects in which a wireless charging system developed by the Company will be installed around the world to charges electric vehicles while parking and driving.
