Dear Sir and Madam,

Re: Commercial Operation of the Electric Bus Charged from the Company's In-Road Wireless Charging Technology While Traveling in the Company's Pilot in Gotland, Sweden

Further to what is stated in section 4.9(2) of the Company's periodic report, 1 regarding its pilot in the city of Visby, located in Gotland island, Sweden, the Company is pleased to announce the successful launch of the first fully operational bus utilizing the Company's wireless charging infrastructure, after the Company received all the required permits. The public electric bus shuttle is charged wirelessly through the Company's system, which is spread out in sections, 1.6 kilometers in total, on the road that connects the airport to the city (the "Pilot"). The electric bus shuttle is expected to be operated by a local public transport company called Flygbussarna and will demonstrate that the wireless charging solution of the Company is able to provide cities with a convenient, cost-effective and sustainable way for electric charging of various fleet vehicles. Since 2019, a heavy-duty truck has also been charged from the Company's same wireless in-road infrastructure in order to demonstrate the suitability of the wireless charging system for logistics and commercial truck fleets on intercity roads. Recently, the Pilot site was visited by senior government officials in Sweden who watched the demonstration and received explanations about the system and its potential in achieving the Swedish government's transport emissions targets.

To the best of the Company's knowledge, the Swedish authorities are pioneers in promoting and supporting wireless electric charging technology and promoting large-scale wireless charging projects on public roads, with the aim of reducing GHG emissions from heavy transport and meeting the requirements for reducing carbon dioxide emissions from heavy transport. The Pilot is expected to end during the second quarter of

1 Published on March 29, 2021 (Reference No: 049917-01-2021). 2022, and the Company estimates it is a significant step towards the implementation of its technology at large-scales, within the framework of Sweden's sustainable transport policy. In addition, the Company estimates, the Pilot is also significant for Sweden, in that it promotes national policy for the development of a system of Electric Roads throughout the country; as the country's stated end goal is the large-scale national deployment of Electric Road infrastructure by 2030 and achieving net-carbon zero emissions from the transport sector by 2045.2
