Re: Mr. Corey Johnson joined the Company as a consultant

The Company is honored to announce that on January 16, 2022, Corey Johnson, who until recently served as Speaker of the New York City Council, joined the Company as a consultant. Mr. Johnson will play a major role in creating a comprehensive strategy for entering the New York transportation market, he will direct the engagement with different state and city entities, enter into discussions with customers and provide overall support in bringing to New York the Company's vision.

Mr. Johnson shares with the Company the vision of enabling electric fleets cost-effective and seamless operations without the real estate and visual impact traditional charging solutions cause, and the reduce the need for large polluting batteries and without the stressing the state and city electric grids with peaks in transport power demand. Mr. Johnson also identifies the potential of the Company's wireless charging technology to reduce New York's carbon emissions and air pollution by electrifying the different fleets operating in the city such a public buses, school buses, taxies and delivery trucks and vans. As his record as Council Speaker shows Mr. Johnson has a record promoting sustainable transportation. In 2019, Mr. Johnson led New York's visionary Streets Master Plan, in which he successfully campaigned to break the city's car culture by initiating a bill that mandated new bike lanes and dedicated bus lanes.

Following the establishment of the Company's U.S. subsidiary and as part the Company's U.S. market penetration strategy, the state of New York was identified as a major potential market for it wireless charging technology and become a dominate alleviating the major challenges of shifting the city and state's current fleets to zero-emission electric fleets. The Company sees three major reasons for focusing on New York: (1) New York's prime global positioning as a global trade center;(2) the vast number of fleets operating in New York city; and (3) the recent bipartisan Federal Infrastructure Act¹ passing and New York City's announcement of its ambitious plans to reduce greenhouse emissions. 2
