The Company is pleased to announce that today, December 8, 2025, it received notication from the Tender Committee for the Congestion Tax Project in the Dan Metropolis, according to which the Company's proposal was selected as the winner in the tender for the planning, establishment, operation, and maintenance of the congestion tax project for a total period of approximately 22 years (the concession period). The goal of the project, which will be established by virtue of the provisions of the Trac Congestion Tax Reduction Law in the Gush Dan Area, 2021, is to reduce trac congestion in the Gush Dan area.
As part of the project, the concessionaire (100% owned by the Company) will be responsible for the planning, establishment, operation and maintenance of approximately 220 toll gates constituting approximately 140 billing sites in 3 rings around Gush Dan (outer ring, middle ring, and inner ring), a vehicle identication system, a collection system, supporting systems, communication systems, a customer service array, a control center, and more. The commencement of establishment is expected shortly after the signing of the concession agreement with the ordering authority.
According to the Company's estimates, the total consideration expected throughout the concession period includes a grant for the establishment of the project in the amount of approximately NIS 400 million, as well as an additional amount estimated at approximately NIS 850 million (linked to the index basket) throughout the concession period.
