Additional Information:

The controlling company is Elco Ltd ("Elco"), a public company whose securities are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, under the control of Daniel Zalkind and Michael Zalkind, who jointly hold about 63.50% of the voting rights in Elco as of this report date. There is a voting agreement between the Zalkind brothers to coordinate their votes at Elco's general meetings. The holding rates under full dilution in this report are theoretical, assuming all options are exercised into shares at a 1:1 ratio; in practice, shares allotted upon exercise reflect only the cash value benefit of the options (net exercise, cashless).
