Ristorcelli, C.P.G., consent to being named in the final short form base shelf prospectus of First Cobalt Corp., dated November 26, 2020, as amended pursuant to amendment No. 1 dated November 30 , 2021 (the “ Prospectus ”) and to the use of the report entitled “Technical Report with Updated Estimate of Mineral Resources for the Iron Creek Cobalt-Copper Project, Lemhi County, Idaho, USA” prepared for First Cobalt Corp., dated November 27, 2019 with an effective date of November 27, 2019 (the “ Technical Report ”) in connection with the filing of the Prospectus and to the inclusion of the written disclosure of the Technical Report and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report in the written disclosure contained in the Prospectus or incorporated by reference therein.
