CONSENT OF EXPERT

The undersigned, Dr. Frank Santaguida, P.Geo., consultant to (and former Vice President, Exploration of) First Cobalt Corp., consents to being named in the final short form base shelf prospectus of First Cobalt Corp., dated November 26, 2020, as amended pursuant to amendment No. 1 dated November 30 , 2021 (the “ Prospectus ”) in relation to the scientific and technical information contained in the Prospectus and documents incorporated by reference therein and reviewed and approved by the undersigned (the “ Technical Information ”) in connection with the filing of the Prospectus and to the inclusion of the written disclosure of the Technical Information and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Information in the written disclosure contained in the Prospectus or incorporated by reference therein.
