Sub Corrigendum to the 61st Annual Report for the Financial Year 2020-21 Ref Regulations 34 and 53 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Dear Sir/ Madam,
With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform you that one inadvertent typo error was noticed in the 6151 Annual Report for the Financial Year 2020-21 of the Company after the same was sent to the Members/Shareholders through electronic mode on 13th July, 2021 . The details of the same is as follows:
On page No. 219 of the Annual Report 2020-21 of the Company, in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, SPECIAL BUSINESS- in Point No.5-
The Resolution shall be read as "OrdinanJ Resolution" instead of (presently mentioned) Special Resolution.
Further, the Company has taken necessary steps to publish the same in the newspaper to inform all the shareholders of the Company. The copy of this corrigendum and updated version of Annual Report has been uploaded on the website of the Company viz. www .elecon.com.
We further wish to inform you that the said correction has no impact on the statement of profit and loss account of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021 and same is also in compliance of the related provisions and that this corrigendum should be read in conjunction with the Annual Report 2020-2021.
In this Connection, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.
